Basic Law Bulletin Issue No. 15 (December 2013)

The Basic Law Bulletin Issue No. 15 (December 2013) has been published online at the Department of Justice’s website. The Basic Law Bulletin is an annual publication which is jointly published by the Department of Justice, the Civil Service Bureau and the Constitutional and Mainland Affairs Bureau. This publication contains recent update, concepts and provisions of the Basic Law.

The content of the Issue No. 15 consists of the review on “the principle of proportionally and the concept of margin of appreciation in human rights law”, the judgment update, the Bills update etc.
